Customer Service Representative Main Street Media of Tennessee 1324 Hazelwood Drive, Smyrna, TN 37167 Main Street Media of Tennessee, the premier media source in the Nashville area for local news coverage, is looking for a customer service specialist in its Smyrna office to help with a variety of functions. Duties include assisiting customers on the phone, social media management, simple video production, reporting and more. This person will provide backup for other customer service specialists across the company. Main Street Media’s outlets include 16 weekly newspapers, websites, e-newsletters and a streaming TV channel. Main Street Media newspapers have been consistently recognized as among the best in the state. Our company is very bullish on the future of local media.
