We are looking for a customer service representative to assist with communication between our client, their customers, and our contracted delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional communication skills, and the ability to multi-task throughout the day. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls from delivery teams Navigate dispatch software (training provided) Problem-solving basic customer issues related to the delivery process Assist with monitoring and overseeing loading and offload of the product by delivery teams Additional responsibilities as required Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

1+ years of customer service experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel). Excellent communication Positive attitude

Schedule:
