Broad Street Office Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Performs the duties of paying and receiving teller Balancing cash drawer Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and services Guard against loss by ensuring safekeeping of money in cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds. Identify fraudulent activity Read, understand and follow all relevant policies and procedures Perform and support daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the Office Supports referral goals for Office by focusing, identifying, and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner Provides an extraordinary customer experience Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program Will work Saturdays on a rotating basis Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Customer service experience Previous cash handling experience, preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates Basic organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and systems Maintain a professional demeanor at all times Basic understanding of deposit products Participation in community events and in school banking program are required, as are public speaking, working extended hours as needed
