Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Accurately enter customer data into the system while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively while ensuring satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Uphold professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers to foster positive relationships. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong sales skills are advantageous for upselling products or services when appropriate. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required for effective communication with customers.
