Uphold professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers to foster positive relationships. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong sales skills are advantageous for upselling products or services when appropriate.
