This position will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment to provide support to internal and external customers by utilizing strong communication skills to resolve customer service issues within the scope of policy. This position requires a high level of flexibility as it relates to cross training on multiple functions within the organization. Key Responsibilities Effectively communicate information verbally and in writing Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people Identify opportunities for process improvement Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff Multi-task and problem solve under pressure Meet attendance and punctuality requirements Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc. Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement Manage confidential information effectively Intermittent responsibility for On-Call Phone one week at a time Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirement Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. Education Associate’s degree preferred Location Candidate must live within 70 miles of the LaVergne, TN location. Critical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; experience with Sales Force and SAP a plus 1+ years’ experience in a call center environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to type 40 WPM Experience working with pharmaceutical products a plus Strong attention to detail Good decision making skills Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
