Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets. You’ll support our veterinary staff by managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival Answer phones, schedule appointments, and triage client concerns Manage check-in and check-out processes for appointments Accurately maintain client records and update information Process payments and handle billing inquiries Communicate clearly with clients about services, procedures, and follow-up care Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
