Full Job Description Full Time Schedule:

Wednesday through Saturday, working four 10-hour shifts starting at 9:00 AM.

The Client Service Representative aids the admissions process by coordinating tours and facilitating all admissions into all levels of care with potential residents, families, referral sources and treatment team. The Client Service Representative coordinates all initial admission paperwork appropriate for residents level of care. The Client Service Representative assists in the discharge process by providing resource information to the clinical team and coordinating the refund of the resident bank account. Relationships and Contacts Within the organization: Initiates and maintains frequent and close working relationships with the other members of the clinical, admissions, and outreach teams at Smoky Mountain Lodge. Regularly interacts with team members throughout all levels of the organization.

Outside the organization:

Initiates and connects with program alumni and families.

Essential Responsibilities:

Welcomes resident, family, and referral sources on the day of admission and completes all admission paperwork as indicated, per admissions process. Facilitates tour of facility and provides a handoff to the clinical team. Communicates with referents, resident, and families appropriately and effectively. Schedules and coordinates tours and communicates about all levels of care to potential residents, families, and referents. Acts as the concierge to ensure that the admissions process proceeds smoothly. Maintains relationships with business development team while staying apprised of resources in their regions. Provides resources to assist therapists in discharge planning. Coordinates refund of resident bank account upon discharge Understands the services provided by company. Strong customer service skills are essential to all internal and external customers. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, doctors, clinical team as well as insurance providers. Ability to escalate issues for resolution.

What Were Seeking:

Education and Experience Bachelor Degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience in case management. Minimum of one (1) year experience in the mental health field preferred. Requires valid State Drivers License.
