Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities Maintaining a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients, while providing the highest level of service possible. Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing Acknowledging and greeting guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor Efficiently entering reservations in property management systems and/or website. Collecting and reconciling revenue accurately and furnishing payment receipt Following all standard operating procedures for the Cabins and for Parking Management Services. Provide customer service through call center for Parking lots and garages throughout the US. Operating equipment, including computers, laundry equipment and credit card machines Using proper phone etiquette at ALL times! Maintain inventory and information for multiple websites. Some sales duties needed including internet searches and cold calling. Assisting guests with directions and all other request including information about each cabin and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area Answer each phone call quickly with a friendly greeting. (This includes answering the phone lines for Airport Parking.) Build relationships with Guests and be involved in the sales process. Assist Housekeeping team with laundry during downtime. Job Requirements A high school diploma or the equivalent Must be able to read and write simple correspondence Solid computer, grammar and multitasking skills. Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money Ability to understand time zones, 24 hour and military time systems Ability to assist with physical duties during slow periods, ie laundry or simple cleanliness tasks Ability to efficiently use computers and telephone equipment both physically and virtually.
