The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with a “Welcome to D’bo’s!” as they enter the restaurant to start the customer experience off properly.
• Communicate menu items to customers and upselling promotional items
• Offering menu item suggestions and being able to describe the menu items to customers
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion with positive communication with the kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front of the restaurant by washing tables, mopping and sweeping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
• Follow front of the house guidelines as set by the restaurant.
• Operate Toast POS System Register, Kiosk, and handled efficiently (training will be provided).
• Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and notify the kitchen manager of any shortages.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-25 pounds (Punch, Lemonade, Tea, and Daiquiri machines will be refilled on the daily)
