Collections and Customer Service Specialist 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Collierville, TN 38017 Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Collections and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Collierville, TN office . This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with both customers and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal staff, both in writing and over the phone. Proactively identify and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and account discrepancies. Track and manage customer accounts; document all communications and activities thoroughly. Follow up persistently on outstanding balances until accounts are resolved. Use Microsoft Excel and other software tools to manage account data and collections processes.

• high school diploma or GED required.

Schedule & Location:

Full-time, Monday-Friday. On-site only
