Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! This role is key to ensuring smooth and accurate handling of customer accounts, insurance processes, vehicle sales, licensing, and shop invoicing. If you’re organized, numbers-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer files including verifying contacts, addresses, and emailing invoices. Monitor insurance expiration dates and manage active claims until resolution. Process all vehicle sales related to leasing: create Bill of Sales, input data into Karmak, and ensure units are correctly removed from the system. Prepare license and registration packages for submission to Chattanooga. Post shop work orders and handle invoicing.

What You’ll Need:

2+ years of accounting experience. Strong experience in Microsoft Excel (required). 2+ years working with spreadsheets and numerical data. Excellent attention to detail and efficient typing skills. No formal degree required. 2+ years of data entry experience. Stable work history is a MUST!
