Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee, 38017, United States. In this role, you will focus on supporting customer interactions, managing account information, and addressing inquiries to ensure seamless operations within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with billing-related questions and resolve issues effectively
- Utilize CRM systems to update and maintain accurate customer records
- Process customer applications with attention to detail and adherence to company guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer benefit functions are delivered efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to address discrepancies or concerns
- Provide support in navigating computer programs to enhance customer experience
- Offer solutions and guidance to customers to improve their overall satisfaction
- Document and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service Requirements
- Proficiency in using computer programs to manage customer interactions and data.
- Experience working with CRM systems to track and optimize customer engagement.
- Familiarity with the “About Time” software to ensure efficient operational processes.
- Strong skills in answering inbound calls and providing prompt, detail-oriented assistance.
- Ability to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests to enhance satisfaction.
- Knowledge of benefit functions to guide customers through relevant processes effectively.
- Expertise in handling billing functions, including resolving discrepancies and processing payments.
