Customer Service/Administrative 1.5 1.5 out of 5 stars Arlington, TN 38002 Crave Sweets in Arlington is looking to add to our administrative/customer service team. This position has a majority administrative duties but also customer service. We are looking for full time or part time.
This position requires:
phone calls, emails, counter service, calling to collect payments on custom orders, cleaning and maintaining your space, assisting brides and other guests with custom orders, posting highlights on Facebook and Instagram, answering Facebook and Instagram messages, assisting guest who come in to the storefront and sending invoices. We are looking for someone who is willing to be a team player, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their job. The bake shop is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm. Our shifts are 8:30-5, 8:30-4:00and 11-7. The schedule is made based on all employees requests and availability and it changes weekly. For this role you must be over 18. The primary schedule is 8:30- 4 or 8:30-5. This position does require some Saturdays but requests off can easily be granted, Saturdays you are either scheduled 8:30-2 or 11-7. We are closed on Sundays. Pay depends on experience, availability and the interview process. You also receive a portion of the tips from counter service as well as tips left on custom orders placed.
Available shifts and compensation:
