You may also serve as primary contact and liaison between one or more customers. What you’ll need: High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Pharmacy, or PBM Knowledge of Accredo operations and systems – Preferred Experience engaging various partners to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction Apply critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Resourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle challenging customer escalations in a professional manner Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues Strong attention-to-detail and organization skills Excellent written communication skills with the ability to respond in a clear, concise manner Open to periodic travel, as the business needs dictate If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 – 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
