Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Mid South Emergency Medical Services Cordova, TN 38018 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the areas of logistics and supply chain management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively handling inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between various departments. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding services related to fleet management. Assist patients with order tracking, driver status updates, and any other concerns. Utilize GPS tracking systems to monitor drivers and provide real-time updates to patients. Maintain detailed records of patient/driver interactions and transactions using CAD(Computer Aided Dispatc) Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the patient service workflow. Experience Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Familiarity with medical operations, call handling, and driver management is highly desirable. Proficient in using phone systems and data entry software Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities efficiently.
