One of North America’s Largest 3PL is currently looking forCustomer Service Rep’s to work in the customer servicedepartment. Located right off the interstate and in a beautiful high risebuilding, this company offers a tremendous amount of growth and iscommitted to promoting within to develop superstars. Customer Service Rep will be responsible for retrieving shipmentstatus information via carrier web sites, e-mails, and phone callswith carrier contacts Confirm data in system matches to whatcarriers report after pickup. Customer Service Rep will also communicate needed shipment statusinformation to branch contact(s) for the account. Responsible foridentifying exception/problem shipment and research status andresolution with carrier. With over 10,000 customers, Customer Service Rep will be expectedto trace a Minimum of 650-750 shipments per day.
