• Call existing customers
• Re-engage the customer and setup a 15 minute phone appointmentwith a local licensed representative to discuss current and futureinsurance needs

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtainfunctional knowledge and understanding of company products as wellas administrative, claims, underwriting and marketingorganizations
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Superior telephone etiquette
• Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to improve thedelivery of service to internal and external customers Pay for this position is $11.
