Bilingual – ability to speak Spanish. GMC brand experience, a plus! Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer. An understanding of the mechanical and technical components of an automobile. Computer proficiency. (Our DMS is CDK.) Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
