Pink Duck Plumbing is seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience from the initial call, efficiently scheduling services, and ensuring clear communication between customers and our plumbing technicians. Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally. Listen attentively to customer concerns, showing empathy and effectively de-escalating anxious situations. Accurately gather necessary information to diagnose basic plumbing issues and determine service needs. Provide clear and concise explanations of our services. Efficiently schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians. Communicate effectively with plumbing technicians regarding job details, customer notes, and schedule changes. Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. Process payments and assist with invoicing inquiries. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes and satisfaction.
