We are looking for the right candidate to add to our close-knit team! CDF Distributors is searching for a Customer Support Rep to join our Customer Support Team. We’re looking for someone who is happy to be a team player and eager to get the job done. The Candidate will go through a Customer Service training course and CRM training to gain knowledge of using our systems, and product knowledge. Daily duties include Actioning Customer Service calls by providing Order Updates, Recording Customer Satisfaction Data, Reviewing Sales Orders, Detailing Sales Orders, Processing Sales Orders, Resolving Issues, Troubleshooting Technical Problems, Handling Customer Complaints and answering general product and service-related questions. While this job supports our sales and operations team, there is no selling or warehouse work involved. All contact with customers will be post-sale related. The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, excellent attendance, and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Actioning phones Processing Orders Special Order Purchasing Order Auditing Technical Support Handling customer issues Required reading. Maintaining well written notes and sending emails through the CRM Meeting customer satisfaction excellence
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School/ GED Preferred Skills:
Experience using a CRM Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Industry experience in a manufacturing business involving Customer Service Basic door, frame, and product knowledge Ability to problem solve. Accurate measurement and mathematical capability Clear, professional communication (verbal and written) multitask and work under pressure.
