Customer Service & Design Mr. SignMan Hendersonville, TN 37075 Looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative / Production individual to help with the sign and apparel aspect of our business.
Responsibilities:
Strong commitment to customer service. Daily interaction with customers, in person, on phone and via email. Create high-quality, print-ready designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or FlexiSign. Ensure the accuracy of the print order according to customer specifications, well organized. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to complete production schedule and communicate with production team lead. Assist with art preparation and be detailed orientated to ensure pre-production art matches customer specifications. Performs quality assurance measure to pre and post-production to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently, have problem solving and decision making skills, takes initiative, and follows through.
