Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our company, assisting customers with questions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships and upholding our company’s values of Servant Heart, Grit, Winning, Vision, and Consistency . You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely and courteous manner! Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business! Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints. Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders. Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions! Scheduling appointments Preferred Job Requirements for a

Call Center Representative:
