Customer Care Representative We are looking to hire Customer Care Representatives to serve our amazing customers! This position is 100% remote but candidates MUST reside in the state of Tennessee . Responsibilities
- Respond with care and empathy on the phone to customers who call in seeking help
- Work on a team to make sure that calls are answered promptly
- Communicate with customers via online chat if they elect to communicate digitally
- You will receive thorough training and education Skill Requirements
- High-powered work ethic able to handle 40-hour work weeks
- Strong grammar and rapid typing speed
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication ability
- Eager to accept feedback and able to learn quickly
