In this role, you will leverage your expertise in insurance sales and customer service to drive business growth and enhance client relationships. This position is pivotal in helping us achieve our mission of delivering innovative insurance solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of an Agency Partner is to build a book of business through: Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate, mortgage and insurance industry. Utilizing an existing natural market to fast track your success. Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk. This individual is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these on an individual level. We will train you using our Agency Partner onboarding and RELI University, as well as weekly carrier and sales and marketing training.

Compensation Summary:

The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $24,000•90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income.

Experience and Education:

Existing Property & Casualty license in the state you reside (IA, IL, IN, OH, TN, WI) Legally authorized to work the United States Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively. Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus.
