In this role, you will work directly with customers to evaluate and purchase gold, silver, and other precious metals. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for fair, transparent, and professional service. Responsibilities Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner Evaluating and purchasing gold, silver, and jewelry (training provided) Handling transactions with accuracy and integrity Maintaining a clean, organized store environment Learning about products and our buying process Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide information about products and services while addressing customer concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols. Skills Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Honesty and Integrity Attention to detail. Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
