On site at location listed in the jobposting. SummaryThe Wealth Management Client Sales Specialist will beactively involved in supporting advisor(s) through a full serviceplatform. Assists in achievement of sales revenue by customercontact, relationship building, referral source management,technical, and interpersonal skills. The Client Sales Specialisthelps gauge and enhance client satisfaction and ensures adherenceto operating procedures. Demonstrates ownership and accountabilityfor data integrity, including accuracy of client data within sourcesystems. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision,provide overall support to management, advisors and other supportstaff including, operating the firms business process managementsystem, maintaining appropriate files, monitoring multiple emailinboxes, working with back office to ensure processing iscompleted, handling of inbound calls/requests when needed and allother facets of support activities assigned.
  • Extensive clientcontact , involved in all activities that align with prospectiveand existing clients
  • Performs account maintenance including moneytransfer requests, address changes, etc.
  • Serves as liaison andbetween sales team, compliance, and other business lines throughoutthe firm
  • Manages account opening process, including but notlimited to retrieving relevant executed documentation from clientsand in compliance with regulatory procedures
  • Reviews clientaccount activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensureoverall accuracy, proper settlement, and reconciliation
  • May attendclient meetings, prospect meeting, and client/marketing events
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignmentswith frequently changing priorities and deadline in a fast-pacedwork environment.
  • Coordinate and execute activities such asaccount paperwork fulfillment, account representative changes, andvarious project support
  • Fulfill financial advisor requests andresolve service-related issues and inquiries
  • Process tasks andresolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure adherence tocompliance operating policies and procedures including maintainingconfidentially and client privacy at all times
  • Maintain a focus oncontinuous improvement and provides feedback on systemenhancements
  • Master technology to ensure it is being used to itsfull benefit.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative ofthe knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in thisposition:1. 0-2 years’ experience required; 2-4 years’ experiencepreferred2. High School diploma required for consideration (orequivalent); Bachelors preferred 3. Proficient use of MicrosoftExcel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint required, experience withDocuSign preferred4. Accurate typing, spelling & grammar skills.

Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational andcustomer service skills. General banking and operations experienceis helpful5.
