This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers. Process transactions and manage cash handling accurately. Utilize office computer systems to document customer interactions and maintain records. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Assist in identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment. Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in using office computer systems and software applications. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively. Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
