Celero Commerce is seeking an Activations Specialist to deliver exceptional remote support and training to our merchants as they onboard our payment processing solutions. As an Activations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides our clients through activation, training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Responsibilities:

Conduct remote training sessions for merchants on POS setup, functionality, and credit card terminal processing. Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues related to credit card terminals and processing applications. Provide knowledgeable, timely responses to merchant inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Schedule activation appointments and coordinate support resolution with merchants. Ensure each merchant has a smooth, successful payment experience with Celero’s services. Contribute to operational support efforts and assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Experience & Requirements:

Brentwood, TN or Glendale, CA – based position 2+ years of experience in the Payments or Merchant Services industry, especially in a customer service capacity. High school diploma required. Bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in Technical Operations or Call Center environments is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
