Answer and coordinate phone calls received in the Call Center.
Ability to use interpretation services, via phone, when needed.
Transfer calls to clinic or relevant support personnel.
Appropriately record telephone encounters via VelociDoc system.
Obtain medical release as needed for patient requested forms.
Confirm appointments with patients.
Verify insurances via RTE or other.
Complete knowledge of VelociDoc and PVM, including updating pharmacy information for patients.
Fax patient documents and other info from VelociDoc.
Obtain and scan required documents into VelociDoc.
Update patient information (Telephone, Address, etc.) in VelociDoc.
Schedule appointments for patients in Velocidoc following clinic guidelines.
Respond appropriately and forward unsatisfied customers to the appropriate destination.
Actively engages in conflict management to ensure strong customer service as needed with external customers, elevating to management where appropriate.
Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

At least two years of Administrative Support or Front Office experience in a health care system.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Its Equivalent

License Requirements:
