Do you thrive in roles where communication, strategy, and support intersect? As a Client Experience Representative – Messaging, you’ll play a pivotal and strategic role in helping clients harness the power of smart, targeted messaging. Activys is looking for a proactive and personable Client Experience Representative – Messaging to guide our clients through the SMS campaign lifecycle. This is more than a support role — it’s a strategic partnership with our clients, unlocking the full potential of our messaging platform and delivering results that truly matter. You have 1-3 years of experience in client success, onboarding, or support — ideally in telecom, SaaS, or data-driven marketing. You are a natural collaborator with a strategic mindset and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex processes. Highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts. You enjoy educating others through documentation, training, or support content and are passionate about problem-solving. You are comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other client support platforms. Your work will encompass client support through brand and campaign registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and teaching clients how to make the most of Activys’ features. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are eager to partner with talented data scientists, digital strategists, and leadership to champion the client’s voice.
