Position Summary:
Join a dedicated team supporting reimbursement services for CVS Health’s manufacturer partners. This role requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50-75 per day), assisting licensed insurance agents with inquiries related to products, commissions, quotes, orders, and Medicare information.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer 50-75 inbound/outbound calls daily in a fast-paced call center environment. Provide support to insurance agents only (not general consumers). Assist agents with product training , quotes , order support , commission inquiries , and website navigation . Support sales operations through strong knowledge of products and processes. Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation per program guidelines. Provide reimbursement support , including prescription drug insurance plan types, PBM, prior authorizations, and appeals processing. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners. Participate in cross-training and handle multiple roles as needed. Ensure adherence to company and departmental service policies.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
3+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient services. Call center experience is a must. Experience in Medicare and healthcare preferred. Sales or agent support experience is strongly preferred . Ability to read and understand instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information clearly. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Proficient in navigating systems and websites; familiarity with Business Blocks and CPR+ is a plus. Must have reliable internet connection for hybrid work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with third-party administrators or supporting multiple insurance carriers. Prior experience in account management or sales support . Education Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Work Environment & Physical Demands Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods (7-10 hours/day). May need to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must have the ability to see, read fine print, and hear normal voice levels. Work is performed in a climate-controlled, smoke-free office environment . Training Information 6-week training period is fully onsite . After training, role will move to a hybrid model .
