Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Client Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service by managing money movements, executing trades, and handling client requests with precision and efficiency. This position is responsible for both administrative and advisory tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial transactions while also providing guidance on retirement, investment, and estate planning matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service. This role reports to the Partner Advisor and collaborates closely with the operations and client service teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Money Movements:

Oversee drafts, journals, and distributions to, from, and between client investment accounts. Execute and oversee bank linkages. Call clients to confirm transactions and set proper expectations. Follow up with clients upon transaction completion.

Trading and Enrollments:

Execute buys and sells of all marketable securities within the practice. Make necessary confirmation calls to clients regarding trades. Complete new account enrollments, including investment strategy enrollment forms. Coordinate with investment trading platforms/teams for trade execution.

Client Requests:

Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding retirement contributions, withdrawals, and tax withholdings. Provide guidance on 401(k) investment options, 529/UTMA accounts, and pension elections. Perform charitable giving recommendations and facilitate corresponding trades and money movements. Review annuity contracts and conduct LTC/Life insurance prequalification and underwriting. Manage 401(k) participant accounts and service client children from start to finish.

Annual Planning Tasks:

Execute and manage RMD, IRA, QCD, and Roth conversions for clients in accordance with annual planning schedules.

Developmental Responsibilities:

Conduct task-oriented and administrative meetings, focusing on estate consolidations and light advisory matters. Take ownership of meetings with a subset of clients to alleviate workload from senior advisors. At the pinnacle, fully own the service model that we deliver to clients of the book.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in financial planning, client services, or wealth management preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in financial planning software, trading/cashiering platforms, and CRM systems. SIE and series 65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing systems Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic Commitment to service excellence Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic Self

Physical Demands:

Ability to work in a traditional professional office setting or remote equivalent Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Advanced computer skills and ability to effectively operate computer equipment, software systems and databases Work schedule may vary and is determined by project schedules Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment Ability to communicate via telephone / computer and work in virtual teams Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Ability to travel using personal vehicle to other office locations as needed
