Note:
Hybrid/Onsite This will be 100% onsite while training. After 2-3 months you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. 3 openings

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.)
- Outgoing personality
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensures all external and internal customers receive a concierge level of customer service
- Serves as a representative of high professionalism to all external customers.
- Engage with high value client to schedule service-calls accurately, and efficiently.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and possess strong collaboration and organizational skills with mindfulness to detail.
- Team member should possess good oral and written communications skills, both with co-workers and over the telephone with outside and company associates.
- Position requires use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
