Customer Operations and Fulfillment Specialist PocketLab Franklin, TN 37064 We are a small and fast-growing Education Technology company that creates innovative science education kits for schools worldwide. About This Role We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings variety. You’ll split your time between ensuring our high-value science kits reach customers perfectly and providing exceptional customer support through email, phone, and live chat. What You’ll Do:

Customer Communication (50%+): Respond to customer inquiries via HubSpot CRM, email, phone, and live chat regarding order status, tracking, product questions, and returns processing

Order Fulfillment:

Carefully pack and ship science education kits containing precision sensors and educational materials to schools across the US and internationally

Customer Problem-Solving:

Track down missing packages, resolve shipping issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Process Management:

Maintain accurate records, update tracking information, and coordinate with suppliers

Growth Opportunities:

As we expand, take on inventory management, supplier relationships, and other operational responsibilities

Ideal Background:

Customer service, tech support, or e-commerce experience Experience with small package shipping (UPS Store, Amazon fulfillment, online retail, etc.) Associates degree or some college coursework 1-2 years relevant experience (we’ll train the right candidate!)
