in Franklin is a manufacturer of gloves and apparel for welding and industrial use. We have distribution centers worldwide, Franklin, TN being the headquarters for North & South America. As a manufacturer, Weldas® sells exclusively to distributors (B2B). Customer Service / Inside Sales We are currently seeking an individual with attention to detail, enjoys building relationships, and has good communication skills by both email and phone. This position will be responsible for taking care of our customers needs by entering and invoicing their orders, helping our customers with general questions, and discovering any opportunities to earn additional business. Position will also serve as a floater for periodic help in our warehouse.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher. Associate’s Preferred.
• Strong PC / Typing Skills
• Must possess good communication skills and self-motivated
• Organized and self-disciplined
• Background check and drug screen
• Reliable Transportation Compensation and Benefits

• Full time position, M-F 8-4:30 or 7:30-4:00
