We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our award winning team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Provide front counter support by greeting customers, processing transactions and assisting clients with marketing, design and printing needs Properly process incoming client calls and emails Notify customers when orders are completed Assist sales, production, design and marketing staff with client estimates and orders Organize and maintain cleanliness of client and completed job areas Maintain filing systems Qualifications Prior customer service experience in the printing industry is a plus Detail oriented with strong organizational and computer skills Strong mathematical skills are a plus Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma required Application Instructions Qualified applicants should submit resumes via Indeed.
