Fairview, TN 37062 Job Overview Aignep USA is a leader in the production of fluid and compressed air components. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive experience for every client interaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide accurate information regarding products and POs to clients.
Order entry:
Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office database. Provide inside support to the outside sales managers as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be assigned performance, attendance and productivity, PM metrics and KPIs. Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication and soft skills, and passion for customer service. Resourcefulness and willingness to learn new hard skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. Strong typing skills with proficiency in data entry. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks as well as office environment. Strong attention to detail, proven solving and organizational skills. Dependable and on time, must have reliable transportation and driver’s license.
