We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, answering questions about insurance policy coverages, discounts, and general inquiries. You’ll be responsible for verifying and processing payments, making policy updates, and adjusting vehicle coverages and driver information as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a good understanding of customer service best practices.

salary:

$15 – $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Answer questions about policy coverages, discounts, and general inquiries.
Take and verify payments.
Handle about 80+ calls per day, possibly more during high-volume periods. Process policy changes Adjust vehicle coverages and update driver information. Skills
