This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Communicate clearly with customers to ensure understanding of products and services. Negotiate solutions that satisfy both the customer and company objectives. Supervise customer interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage project timelines related to customer service initiatives. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Experience Service Titan CRM is a Plus . Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members.
