About this Position The Bilingual Licensing Liaison 1 works with Primerica Agents to obtain their insurance license. The candidate is responsible for processing the paperwork to the prospective States’ departments of Insurance. Once trained, the Liaison will gradually move on to take telephone calls to answer any questions in relation to the licensing process. This position works within a small office where independence and excellent team skills are required. The estimated salary range for this role is: $48

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Minimum High School Diploma or GED 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience is a plus Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required Ability to handle high-volume data entry is required Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word and Internet) High volume data entry skills are required Self-starter Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize and multi-task, and handle confidential information Excellent decision-making and judgment Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, high volume environment FLSA status: This position is exempt (not eligible for overtime pay):
