Signature Homes is currently looking for a Warranty Representative in our Nashville, TN market. This is a “boots on the ground”, field position located in Nashville, TN. The right candidate will have demonstrated success in solving customers concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained Perform minor repairs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of construction experience or face to face customer service experience required The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
