As we expand the wireless division and new devices, we are looking for highly motivated Wireless Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Wireless Customer Service Representative, you will work to represent our wireless clients, connecting with customers, solving problems, and driving new business. This is more than just a Wireless Customer Service Representative role, it’s a sales and customer service focused opportunity to truly make an impact in how our customers receive information. The Wireless Customer Service Representative will also work with businesses to help customers understand wireless plans and products, uncover their needs, and recommend tailored solutions that result in sales and long-term customer relationships. Additionally, our Wireless Customer Service Representative will also be trained on internet services so they can have the skills needed to be diverse in this role.

Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Deliver customer service and sales support on behalf of major wireless partnership to customers and businesses within the Nashville area Actively engage with potential customers to generate interest and present services that they inquiry about Wireless Customer Service Representatives will educate customers on wireless products, service features, pricing, and current promotions Maintain knowledge of devices, plan updates, and industry trends to stay competitive in sales Resolve basic service issues with professionalism, empathy, and urgency to assist customers Collaborate with other Wireless Customer Service Representatives to reach sales metrics and support ongoing customer satisfaction

Wireless Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently Wireless Customer Service Representatives are comfortable working with customers and businesses Interest in wireless technology and a willingness to learn is a plus
