Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Address customer inquiries regarding prescription status, medication information, and general pharmacy services. Provide information on over-the-counter medications, supplements, and health-related products.

Prescription Coordination:

Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to facilitate prescription drop-off and pick-up. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding prescription readiness and any potential issues.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex issues to the pharmacy management team as needed.

Cashier Duties:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in compliance with pharmacy policies. Maintaining a

Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or pharmacy setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate pharmacy software.
