Lebanon, TN 37087 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their RV service needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of RV services, including oil changes, tire service, and shock and strut replacements. Duties Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Create detailed service orders based on customer requests and technician recommendations. Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure accurate transmission of service details. Provide estimates for services such as oil changes, tire alignments, shocks, struts, and other automotive repairs. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer payments. Follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed. Ensure a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience. Maintain knowledge of dealership promotions, service offerings, and industry trends. Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred. Familiarity with service writing processes and terminology related to RV repair. Strong understanding of various RV services Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
