  • Description and Essential Functions
  • Responsible for supporting the Transit Center from a customer serviceperspective.

Provides in-person customer service from behind a screened-in serviceboothAnswers phone calls and passenger inquiriesProvides general support to passengers and the transit centerCollects any pertinent information from passengersProcesses payment transactions using a retail point-of-sale systemUses technology as a web-based system to assist passengers with rideraccountsMaintains accurate ticket inventories and daily receiptsLight custodial duties as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned
