The team is tasked withprocessing digital applications and winning claims. As a part of theteam, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers navigatelicensing processes and generating prize payout checks. While you willbe working independently on applications and claims, it will be in aneffort to complete the sum of the team’s workload. A keen attention todetail and strong communication skills will be essential as you liaisewith licensees/winners to address their questions and concerns.

As of July 14, 2025, the step 1 rate for pay grade 18 will be $20.99per hour.## •Environmental Factors•Must be able to work quickly and accurately in order to meet customerneeds. Normal office conditions prevail. Some overtime work may berequired.
