Administrative Specialist II #248 (Lower Richland Clinic) 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Richland County, SC Job Responsibilities This position is located at Department of Mental Health/Columbia Area Mental Health, Lower Richland Clinic, #248. Under general supervision, performs all secretarial, clerical, and administrative support activities for the Lower Richland Programs. Provides customer service in an effective and efficient manner. Performs all duties that are required to utilize the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for all clients in the Lower Richland Clinic Programs. Ensures all appointments are schedules in the EMR. Import all necessary paperwork in patients EMR in a timely manner. Collects service payments and completes receipts accurately according to CAMHC policies and procedures.
Minimum and Additional Requirements State Requirements:
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications CAMHC Prefers:
An associate degree in secretarial science and extensive knowledge of office policies, practices and procedures. Additional Comments Supplemental questions are considered part of the application.
