Ambassador Comfort Suites by Choice Hotels 2500 Broad Street, Sumter, SC 29150 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and support in various areas, including meal preparation and guest services. This position requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties As an Ambassador, your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Assisting with meal preparation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained. Utilizing the Aloha POS system to process orders efficiently and accurately. Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Engaging with guests to provide information about menu items and culinary offerings, enhancing their dining experience. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Upholding hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons. Experience The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in customer service or guest services, preferably within the hospitality or culinary industry. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience using POS systems, specifically Aloha or similar platforms, is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
