A Sweet Party is a creative and event-driven studio space where imagination meets celebration! We specialize in hosting children’s parties, creative workshops, and seasonal events like summer camps and craft classes for kids and adults.

Overview:

We’re looking for a cheerful, organized, and kid-friendly Studio Assistant to help with day-to-day operations, setup and cleanup for events, and support during our summer camp and weekly classes. This is the perfect role for someone who loves working with children, enjoys fast-paced creative environments, and is detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setup and breakdown for parties, classes, and studio rentals Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience Support craft and sensory stations during classes and events Help prep and supervise activities during summer camp sessions Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio Restock supplies and notify the team when inventory is low Occasionally assist with social media content capture (photos/videos)

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, proactive, and great with kids Flexible schedule – available some weeknights and weekends Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes messy, creative space Ability to multitask and pitch in wherever needed CPR/First Aid certified Previous childcare or event experience is a bonus but not required
